Our earliest bird and proudest proof that energy has no expiry date. In her 60s and still running laps around the rest of us - no, really. Full of life, wonderfully random, and absolutely loves every bit of what she does.

Always got something cooking. Does a bit of everything at The Green Rice including jaga-ing the accounts that no one likes. Lights people up at Mavens (educator at heart), and somehow also finds time to be Madam President of YEAB and that's just what's on the surface. 

Runs her own tuition centre in Kiulap full time - yes, she built that. Part-time baker on the side, because why not. And her favourite "job"? ASMR model, because the work comes with free food and nobody's complaining. Always insisting she's the cutest one in the room.

Always on the move - assembling orders, sending food out to tables, keeping her abangs in check, and somehow still smiling through the chaos. And..... she’s also the reason our Instagram still has a human face - the rest has already run away (camera shy)

Quietly serious, always focused and somehow managing multiple things at once in a hot kitchen while orders just keep coming in (good problem to have, I know..) Not easy, but she makes it look like it is. 

Sabar level: legendary. You'll find him quietly, patiently cutting cucumbers.. Forty years beside our always-in-a-hurry Mama Ong and still the calmest person in the room. We have so many questions!

She somehow has her hands in everything -from design, to R&D, to keeping things running day to day. People keep asking who does our designs… And yes, she’s the one behind all our designs. From menus to merchandise, and all the little details you see around, that’s all her.

Gamer, napper, and our most expressionless cashier - in the best way. Handles customers, calls, texts, and helps prepping without so much as a changed expression. Panicking on the inside? Maybe. But you'd never know. Shy, steady, and very good at hiding it. Just don't expect him before noon… jokes

He says “bisa!” to almost everything. No one knows where the confidence comes from, but somehow, he delivers. His drinks are a must try, especially the iced milk coffee - my personal fav! Tarik high, foam just right.
